Dr. Michael McGrath is an established city professional, with over 12 years of experience of working for some of the world’s leading banks and prior to that 5 years working with IBM research and development in Stockholm. All of this time has been spent implementing complex change, in particular M&A management ranging from announcing the deal through to post merger integration.
